Yes. We'll sign your NDA before any detailed discussion of your product, or provide our own if you'd prefer to start there. This is standard on every discovery call.

You'll see the work in progress every week, so surprises at the end shouldn't happen — but if something's off, tell us and we'll revise it against the agreed scope at no extra cost. If it's a bigger disagreement, we'll work it out before moving to the next sprint.

Every sprint ends with a demo and a round of feedback, so small revisions are already part of the process. Anything beyond what we originally agreed gets quoted separately, upfront, before we start on it.

We shift our working hours to overlap with yours for part of each day — for calls, questions, and working together live — and send regular updates through Slack the rest of the time.

We stay on to watch how it performs after launch, fix anything that comes up, and are available to keep improving it — either on retainer or as new fixed-scope phases, whichever fits what you need next.

No. Many of the founders we work with are non-technical. We translate your goals into a scoped plan, explain tradeoffs in plain language, and make sure you understand what's being built and why at every step.
